Hey I just happened to be browsing on http://www.rotawheel.com. Are these there new wheels coming out?



Ive seen so many SSR Type X (Black Lip w/ Anodized Red) for sale. I hope Rota is copying these designs cause I like how they look. Man, the possibilities will be endless when they start bumping them out in customizable colors.

What do u guys think?

 

eh, i'm not a fan of 4 spoke wheels. and that pink/red is disgusting.

The red doesnt look right, but those are nice wheels.

ehh, I never really liked wheels that had less than 5 spokes, or wheels with red on them..

 

Lol Yeah anodized colors suck But I like the design of the rim (call me weird heh, but thats just what i like) I dunno man. If you goto http://www.rotawheel.com. It has a new link "auto x" - Replicas of The SSR Type. But what's nice about rota is - they can make them in pretty much any color.

What can you expect? Rota is a phillipine maker. You know them Filipinos haha, we love colors!

Those are my favorite wheels. For that reason alone, I wouldn't rock them. I love rotas but being its my favorite wheels I wouldn't buy them. Even then, a real set of ssr type x's are only like 600-800. Not alot IMO.

 

omfg, if rota only makes those in white! i bought a set, but some japanese feggit ripped me off on them. i sent out a money order and canceled it after a month cause the ******* guy didnt send me my white SSR's

Rota is just getting out of hand now. I didn't mind slips when they came out, but now that they are copying alot of the really nice rare wheels it's just getting old. I wouldn't let this turn me off to the real ones though.

I will still rock the bronze slips on my civic, because I don't really want to risk having the M7s on all of the time. If I mess up a Rota, who cares?

 

who ever had a problem with rota coping a wheel design...i just want to say your gay. Im glad people make copies of wheel it makes them cheaper...but i only rock oem **** so i dont effect me either way i guess.

LOL, what's Rota gonna make next? (I mean it makes sense Rota would copy everything..I mean their Filipino. Anything Filipino = Counterfiet Crap..but yet people still buy) I dont mind them making them but I agree they might be getting out of hand when they start making some more of the old skool mugen replicas lol.
