Default Need help on deciding what Tranny to buy

So here's my dilemna...I'm currently looking at 2 transmissions for my car. One is an OBD0 JDM S1 (short-geared) with around 35-40k and Hasport shift linkages from an 89 CRX-SIR B16A. The second is from a guy with a 91 LS-Vtec with i'm assuming the original OBD0 S1 tranny that the car came with. He's not sure of the mileage but said that the title stated that it had a little over 100k on it but comes with a fairly new ACT clutch. Both are around the same price. Which one would you guys rather get?

FYI: JDM S1 claims to have no grinds and been tested for operation and accuracy and has never been used in the US yet.

Does the JDM tranny have a limited slip? If so I'd go for that.

what motor is going is the tranny going on??

well, that doesnt really matter, because the short geared vtec will accelerate faster than the assumed long geared ls tranny on any engine.
