Default Grindage from 2nd to 3rd

Hey i was wondering if any of you guys are having the same problem as i am with my tranny. i have a b18c1 and I just recently changed out the clutch, flywheel, and diff. I have an ATS 1.5 lsd... for some reason when i shift from 2nd to 3rd it likes to grind, but it goes in all the way. it only grinds when i am at high rpms..., and im pushin the clutch in all the way. any of u guys have the same problem or know wat im doin wrong? thxs

Make sure you're not using gear oil in your tranny:p Sometimes using Redline will fix small grinding problems.

same here - i heard if you jam it in enough times it will wear down the synchro and not grind anymore - ghetto fabulous

it is the syncros. I had it from 2nd to 3rd on my Ls.

Major grinding from 1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, and finally sometimes 3rd into 4th grinds as well. My tranny pwnZ me

yeah bro my gsr does the same thing. It grinds when i shift it from 2nd to 3rd gear but at high rpms like 7600. only when like i race which is not really often. What are some recomendations for this? any suggestions would be awesome. thanks.

anymore ideas? i forgot to mention i have synergyn 5 30 fuild in the tranny.... i was too poor for the ATS tranny fluid. could that be a possible reason?

that happened to my buddys SI the syncros were bad in third. It was under warrenty so honda fixed it.

mine grinds going into 5th if i'm shifting into it from 2nd or 3rd... which is when i'm running it hard then laying off to cruise in 5th... if i'm not revving hard and normal driving it won't grind. I just double clutch it from low gears to 5th... I think it's the syncho, I figure i'll get it fixed sooner or later, got a shitload left on my warranty.
