side molding question
i've noticed every other integra except for the 98+ type r's have side moldings(no wonder ITR's look so smooth
). i have a 95 and just bought an oem jdm front conversion for it. a jdm type r front and side moldings, dont ya think that'll look kinda weird? anywho, has anyone shaved their moldings to look like a 98+ R? if so, how much would it cost to shave it (by welding not bondo filled). one last thing...ANY PIX???

i got my sides shaved and my side skirts painted for dirt cheap... it costed me like $250 for everything. i had the holes bondoed on... people say it cracks and it warps... but ive had my sides shaved for almost 2 years now... nothing wrong so far. my friend on the other hand... his side moldings warped and it sinks in. i guess it depends on how well ur body shop is. o ya... i slam my door hard a lot... ex pissed me off a lot
sorry no pics.

yeah, i also had a 92 civic hatch back in the ricer days and i stripped the moldings and filled it up with bondo! in no time the bondo started to crack near the fenders. i guess i did a crappy job haha. anyway...ANYONE ELSE?! cmon..im sure ya'll wanted ur non-itr's to look like an itr before!
