What movie?

Im guessing what you could do is get a motor from a car with flip lights and mount it in the trunk. Then wire up the lights and use high beams. Sucks to be the people behind you, thats for sure.

Great if you need a front plate but have an FMIC that you don't want to block flow to.

did the lights happen to be small fog lights? if it is, its a show car i saw in jersey. i think they called it the 007 car. it is gold right? i talked to the guy, and it was all custom done.

I have seen the kits that make the plates retract up into the car for the streetrod which gave me an Idead. Would be cool to figureout a similar idead to the front where it would look like it was mounted properly when sitting still but would hide away at the touch of a button. How dumb would a cop feel if he pulled you over for a non plate when he gets out of his car and bam, its right there where it should be. After he drives away feeling pretty lame, hit the switch and you're driving with your fmic obstruction free. I dunno would just be funny.

I remember seeing something on here a little while ago. It was a bracket and when u went like 40 mph+ the license plate would flip up due to the wind pressure I guess. Was pretty cool. But seriously, you could just find some small actuators for this.

It's been done before...on a Sol I believe it was. He rigged it so when you turned the A/C vent a certain way the license plate flipped up and fog lights shown on the person behind you (good for tailgaters ) I'm not exactly sure how it was done...it was my buddy's cousin or somethin that did it. I'll try to find out for you

That is great - I remember seeing something like that on an old James Bond movie...

not to mention that it would work great against those sneaky photo radar vans!!
Take a picture of this you bastards (no plate there) and try and track me down..... LOL
