Default in-line fuel pump install...

With fuel pumps installed out side of the tank, do I still keep the ground wire on the stock in-tank fuel pump support bracket???

you have to run both or it will create a vaccum and you wont get any fuel coming out

I thought fuel would still flow through the pump thats not running?? I know it would cause a restriction..
