Default Energy Bushings install

Hey all I just joined a couple days ago...TONES of usefull info on this site!

I have a quick question, Im dropping my suspension on my 92 civic hb and while changing the shocks and springs and the camber I wanted to install the full energy suspension bushings.

Is this something I can do myself or do I need a shop...I have all the tools I need to remove the suspension.

Let me know if you guys have done this before.

Thanks in advance
Marc

if you do a search for it.. youll see that you really should have access to a press to press them out.. they have metal sleeves and are pressed it.. you can burn them out and then cut the sleeves out with a hacksaw.. new ones go in fairly easy.. takes mad time..

taking them out takes a long time, putting the suspesion in is easy (except rear lower control arms, fucken horrible).
