so a motor with a large large cam running 15 in/hg vacuum wouldn't be normal i think you should research more and regardless what if he is at WOT at 2500 RPM seeing any vacuum would not be normal

you shouldn't see vacuum at WOT. i.m. vacuum and atmosphere are now at balance b/c of straight air flow.
anyone live in the new jersey area, want to go beat his ***??
