o god forbid 650 - 900! ur motor is gonna die. well no its not. but if that 250rpm bounce scares you then try settings ur throttle cable different or cleaning ur iavc. other than that theres no visible problem

It's not normal, and you probably have a vacuum leak to take care of.

komat,

you told me how you succesfully clamped it on.......

Perhaps you are getting a nasty leak somewhere and thats causing it.

Maybe a crack in the tube? Is that what you guys are talking about. If not then it would seem strange to have a vacuum leak only after installing an intake and not having a leak before. That is wierd though.

tube as in the intake tube or the breather tube?

it also starts like 5min after i start up the engine
then i rev it once
the idle will go from 650-1200
i checked the breather line it seem to be fine

i will take out the intake tomorrow to see if theres any crack on it but that shouldnt be cuaseing hte problem.

i seem to fixed my problem
after all the breather tube was too long
had to cut it in half
