boost your car and that would be an idea if not already done

 

do a 98+ front end conversion and buy the oem kit. Lower it, maybe some nicer rims (stock ls mesh or blades are always nice, but thats just me) .. and then your set. For go - Boost!

 

^^ ..that's axactly what I did...98 conversion, oem lip all around, blades/jdm racing sparco..and BOOOSTTTTT

Get yourself a lip from a 92-95 civic, and stay with the 94-97 front.
