Diameter of rear trailing arm bushing on 90/91 CRX Si?
In order to end a discussion on the G2IC board, I need to have somebody measure the outside diameter of the rear trailing arm bushing.
This has to be taken from an ORIGINAL 1990 or 1991 CRX Si and the car should have rear disk brakes.
I'm talking about the outside of the bushing shell and it would be best if you can measure it with a vernier caliper. You don't have to remove the arm, just put it up on jack stands.

I had the parts guy at my Honda dealer measure one they had in stock. It was about 80 mm in diameter.

I hate to be "snippy", but I need the measurement taken off of a car that has the original arms and disk brakes. Not what a dealer says is the correct bushing.
The reason is that I'm trying to confirm if the original design uses the "large" diameter Integra bushings or "small" diameter design used on all other fourth generation Civics.
Other than the service bulletin that was released in regards to "Civic" bushings there isn't any dealer cross-reference to the trailing arm bushing, so there may be a mis-understanding (or confusion) at the dealers.
This comes up due to my picking up from a knowledgable Honda junk yard a trailing arm (for a rear disk brake conversion) that was supposedly from a CRX Si. It had the large diameter bushing.
As a result, I was going on the assumption that all of the disk brake arms use the large diameter bushings.
I'm just trying to find out what is reality.

ok, my car is a 91 crx si with the rear disc, i used the bushing you buy from honda that works on all 88-00 civics, no problem with the install, just pressed in it and went with my business...it is smaller than the integra...
Just adding...
I checked before I left for work this morning. The original stock rear trailing arm bushing I had removed from my '91 CRX-Si was ~80.5mm O.D. like previously mentioned.
