Default ECU is throwing code 1 or code 10, how to tell?

I have had my B16 in for a year now. I replaced both O2 sensors during the swap. Until now I have not thrown any codes. The other day the CEL light came on. I pulled the carpet back and the ECU flashes one time consistantly. How do I tell if it is one long flash or one short flash?

Thanks for the help.

Long blink is about 1 second, short blink is about half a second or less.

Thanks for the help. It looks like it is in fact a short blink. I guess I will have to replace the O2 sensor.

First double check all your wiring, the majority of the time the o2 is just wired wrong or dissconnected.
