Default car doesn't want to go into gear???

Wtf, I was on the way home from work today. my car was shifting great until I stopped at a light, and tried to put the car into 1st. it wouldn't engage....i tried 2nd, 3rd.?? what the hell? so i turned the car off and it went into gear. Started it up and it acted like the clutch wasn't even there, so I pulled over and waited. Now its doing it of and on. Could it be the clutch is bad? I have a 93gsrhatch.

Make sure you have clutch fluid...my friend's accord had the same problem. It was completely out of fluid.

^Same thing happened to me... I didn't catch it fast enough though and had to get a new clutch and will eventually need a new tranny (second gear is f'ed). So yeah, check the slave cyl (in the front, by the tranny) and the master cyl for leaks. Fill the system back up and if needed replace those two things before you drive any more

So you have fluid filled up completely, yet it still won't go into gear? Maybe you have some transmission damage. If it does it occasionaly, its either a damaged transmission or a worn out clutch..you should take it to a shop and get it diagnosed.
