Default Knock Sensor.....where is the friggen thing

Me and My buddy have been working to find the knock sensor. Does anyone have a diagram or anything?

The blow-off valve and dump tube are going on tonight. Car will finally be done its turbo setup!

However, we can't find the hookup for the knock sensor, I don't want the car to run like **** or have a code. Thanks everyone

Correct.

But I'm curious...why are you looking for it? Did you swap a VTEC engine into a NON-VTEC chassis? And turbo it

I know its on the block. We just can't find the friggen thing. I guess some more in depth searching in abit. But to answer your other question.

I had a GSR head with DPR Stage 6 headwork and ITR cams before this winter. It was done up great, raised the compression, etc. Thats not what I wanted for turbo, so I traded it with another guy for a stock GSR head. So thats the only reason Im looking for it, we had to uninstall everything on the car, about 2 weeks ago the only thing in the car was the block (tranny, head, everything was off). Its been a complete repair backup and install the turbo. Now its finally done and just alittle things here and there left. Car will be out and about tonight, just got the OEM ITR lip painted onto my new 98 front bumper and everything is ready to roll

Look around the back of the motor where the IM meets the block. My friend just broke him Knock Sensor putting him IM back on so this should give you a pretty good idea of where to look. Hope this helps
