Does any one know how hard it would be to put Del Sol seats in my H/B. Or any web pages that give instructions on the swap? If so i'd appreciate any info on this swap.Thanks -Later

 

If the floor plan is the same setup as an 88 CRX...it not that difficult. The org. rails were not used, since the del sol rails are wider. I had customize metal extensions to reach the org. bolt holes. Only three are used at this time. If you have access to a wleder, you can fabricated custom brackets. I don't, so mine sits on the three bolts. I suggest using the front mounts as the weight will hold you back in the seat while driving. They def. hold you in your place under hard driving. they cradle your back and shoulders. Hope this helps.

I put 93 GSR seats into my 88 DX Hatch, but they didn't fit perfectly. Took some modification.

What about del Sol seats in a DC? Im getting some today and want to know how they'll fit in my Integra. TIA

 

as far as EG and DC:

two mounts will fit without a problem....lets start with with back mount (one closer to the outside/door), enlarge the hole or move it down about 1.5 cm or so....bend it as well so it will look like the GSR mount.....next is front mount one next to the cnt console....with this one you will need to be creative (i cut mine out and added a huge metal washer to go over it....

 

Are these really lower than GSR seats?? The whole reason im getting em is so my helmet wont hit my roof and ive been told these are 2-3 inches lower. Can anyone confirm or deny this???
