Default Koni/GC -- Suspension Tuning

I have a pretty standard setup now:
Ground Controls - 400lbs Front, 500lbs Back
Koni Shocks
205/50/15 Azenis on stock ITR rims

I'm wondering how everyone else who has this setup has theirs tuned(for track and for street).

Specifically:
- What tire pressures
- What ride height(is the backend higher/lower/equal to the front)
- What shock settings do you use for the street, and what for the track?
- What toe settings do you use?

Take some white shoe polish and run a mark across the tire (up the sidewall and across the tread), then go out and see what is rubbed off (to see how much of the tire is touching the road). This will be one way to adjust your tire pressures.

For ride heights, everyone will say "corner weight" ... right now I just have mine with the front lower for better aerodynamics (along with other frontal adjustments so the air flows quite nicely).

Full stiff, nuff said.

Toe should be 1/16th out (need to doublecheck), but like most things, it can be up to the driver too.

I run 1/8 toe out in the front, 0 toe in rear, about 2.5 degrees throughout for right now, but the car sits a bit lower than I would like.

I've also noticed when I sit in the car, the driver side drops around 1/8th inch front and back.

Is it generally a good idea to compensate for this when setting the ride height(making the driver side sit 1/8th higher)?

When corner weighting they usually put a sandbag in the driver's seat

This is on a 92 Civic Si, but I have a 22mm rear bar, so it's more or less appropriate for you to look at. 380/450 spring rates and a 21mm bar in front.
