i drove my car for the first time today in 4 months, it was smoking a ton when i first started at all rpms, after about 10 minutes it only smokes when i stop the gas, would bent valves cause this because i think they might have bent when i started it with the firing order messed up, i already did a compression test and the numbers were pretty much even 185, 190, 190, 195

 

sounds like oil on the spark plugs
