They did.. it's called the Honda FIT. JDM Only. It has the insights Gas engine in it. (no elec) it's 1.0l makes no power at all

they also have a version with a 1.x litre.. i think 1.6.

if you guys haven't seen it, check out honda tuning may. there is a shot of an insight modded just-like that. its on page 28 ... pretty neat

I just read an article the other day that in the next year or two Honda will be importing the Fit to the US. If it kept the styling of the japanese It you can bet yer *** that I would be the first in line to pick one up. They would start at under 10k

hey.. the cars light enough it doesnt need rear brakes
its weight reduction anyways... thats right everyone, go take your rear brakes off and it'll make your car..

oh, and incase anyone didnt notice.. i was being sarcastic... DO NOT REMOVE YOUR REAR BRAKES FOR WEIGHT REDUCTION

check out the drag racing section there is a drag insight with a stock block k20 running 10s...
