Use Honda MTF, takes like 1.9 quarts.

I could find only Syncromesh, not Syncromesh FM (Friction Modified) so i went w/ Honda MTF. We'll have to wait and see.

use Honda MTF if you have no problems with your tranny grinding. If it does do one quart MTF and other gm syncromesh friction modified Part #12377916 if they still cant find it tell them its for the 1500 series gmc trannies then they will know. They usually cant find it and its hidden in some back corner under a lot of crap. Oh and its anywhere from $12-$14 a quart. Make sure its the friction modified one, it comes in a regular like quart of oil bottle the other comes in a round bottle.
