Default EK to ITR 5 lug conversion

Situaion:
I drive a CDM Acura 1.6EL, with front disc and rear drum with ABS.
this is exactly the same set up as the USDM Civic EX.

I got a ITR 5 lug coming my way soon: front/rear 5 lug hub, calipers, pads, discs, rear trailing arms...

Problem:

I need a Proportioning Valve and the Master Cylinder/Booster.

Question:

People tell me I should use the Civic proportioning valve instead of the Integra one.
So, should I get the CTR PV or the USDM Si PV/CDM SiR PV?
My car has ABS... I'm not sure if the CTR PV is compatible with ABS or the Si/SiR PV is.

My Civic doesn't have ABS and I'm using a USDM Si prop. valve w/ my 5 lug brakes. Since your EL has ABS, you can most likely use a prop. valve from a CDM SiR, which I believe has ABS.
