how can you tell if you valves are bent???????????
Compression and leakdown check is one way. But that does not tell you 100% for sure.
The best way is to take the head off and spray microlubricant like WD-40 into the ports and see if it comes out of the valves.

After you do the above tests, pull them. Put them in a cordless screwdriver and spin em, if they wobble, they are bent.
They go tick tick tick and make funny noises... lol... Get a compression and leak down to the car. If it is your intake valves on a leak down you will hear air coming from the intake manifold. Exhaust valves your exhaust. Pull the oil cap if it s coming from there its your rings.

leakdown test and someone who knows how to use it properly will tell you everything you need to know.. if you hear air leaking from the intake u have bent intake valves.. if you hear air leaking from the ex ports you have bent ex valves.. <<< its usually those to get bent first.. and if you hear if from your under your valve cover thats blow by.. (ring seal)
alright, thanks for the help, the reason i ask is becaause i have an lsvtec setup with jdm itr pistons and ctr cams and jdm itr valve train and i didnt know if my valves and valvesprings could hold that much compression. My estimated compression with a b16 head is 11.3 to 1. My engine is making a bit of a clicking noise at idle and at high rpm's. When i rev high it almost sounds like it is missing. any more advice would help.
i have toda bs and valvetrain in my b16 with stock bottom.
do you have any problems with sputtering at high rpms? i wanna do a leak downtest too, and am thinking i have blow by since when its cold out i see smoke coming out my valve cover breather and lots of air coming out when i take the oil cap off.
i cant run 32 psi fuel pressure because i think im losing fuel pressure up top and have to run at least 40 so i dont run lean. i am upgrading my fuel pump, injectors, and fpr so i know it works, but i dont wanna go to the dyno with leaks.

that is the main problem that i am having is that it feels like it is sputtering at high rpms! I have an ls fuel pump, a fuel rail and regulator and i have my fuel pressure at 42psi. I am going to buy some injectors this week, most likely rc310, hopefully those will help.
