just like title says.. what parts made out of CF would u buy for the you EFs?not huge parts like hoods or fenders.. smaller parts.. either from engine bay or inside.

here are some ideas of mine..

-battery tied down.
-ecu cover.
-fuel pump cover

etc etc

I'd like to see some hoods, front fenders, front/rear bumpers and hatches made out of dry CF. Probably not something you'll get a lot of requests for due to the very high costs, but I'd like to see a company willing to make a few custom parts.

 

The rear interior like the cargo area stuff and the fold down wall and compartments

 

The sunroof (inside panel and outside panel, not like the "common" sunroof plug. The actual sunroof panels themselves.), the roof, and headliner.

i would like to see a carbon fiber deck lid like on the other ek and eg hatches. Also the door sills would be nice.......lets see and how bout a carbon fiber gas door.

they make the cf sunroof panel. it's on ebay. they are just as cheap as the plug.

 

Half of the stuff mentioned exsists, you just have to look harder. Or find someone who forms CF, if you really want the part. I believe Manta Ray make some body panels.

I actually just remembered a few other ideas:

-CF steering wheel and dash gauge pods

-CF wing centers: My RX-7 used to have a 99+ JDM RX-7 rear wing. The center section can be detached from the side sections. You'll notice that this style wing is similar to those found on Skylines, JDM MR2's and other cars. I think Wings West makes a wing similar to these style wings for a wider range of cars. If the WW wings have a detachable center section you could make CF replacement centers.

yeah, where are we at on making a dry CF hood for my CRX? hehehe

Lets see, there is of course interior trim that you could do. There are also CF mirrors, I think Bomex makes a type of mirro that is a lot more aero dynamic. It is a lot smaller and more streamlined, I cant find pics for this though.

Also another idea from my RX-7 days, my CRX has mirrors attached to the window, but for those that are attached to the car door, you could make mirrors like in the below pics.

cf jdm rear upper spoiler, i know someone makes it for $450, but I lost that link!

that's about it, i wouldn't wanna overdue the cf too much

oh a CF air block off air box thing for hot air to keep away from the filter. Like lht performance does

 

 

The only thing that I would like is the CF Front Lip, and the Spark Plug Cover for the Valve Cover, thats about it though. Anything thing else drastic and it would just get stolen, for where I work...

thats not where the fuel pump is at...at least in the crx's. just the clip for the gauge. would be different though...

I also vote for a damn LIP! Tired of all the 92+ Civics gettin front lip love and not the EF's!!!

 

I would buy a carbon passenger side mirror block plate....hmmm...and some carbon B-pillars. Carbon lips and spoilers wouldnt hurt either.

 

I'd be down for a cf sunroof panel. I like having the sunroof but don't like the fact that they tend to rust easy. Someone needs to make a replacement that will still allow it to open like stock.
