thats what i told her i could sand it and put touch up paint on it. but she seems she doesnt wanan do that to her car so i dont know it sucks cuz now its always gonna be tension when im around her

 

tell her that you will sand it and touch up and you are nice for doing that because legally she cant make you do anything because theres no proof that you were in any way responsible, which you weren't

 

i would have to say be as professional about it as you can, tell her its not your resonsibility to cover the damages etc. You could try and help her repair it if she provides the touch-up paint. If she wanted to she could have easily asked you to move so she could get by or whatever. Just be cool with her, unless she tries to pull out some bag of shyte on you.
