It's better to just fill it from the back with fiberglass.
looks good so far, make sure that you sand it really good before you paint like with the highest grit you can find other wise you can see the sanding marks through the paint
awesome job so far though liek everyone said make sure to get those final pictures up

You shouldn't put body filler over paint or primer it wont stick very good....and definately dont wet sand bodyfiller...that **** will soak up water and you may not be able to tell at first but when you put paint on it the water will evenually make rust on the metal under bodyfiller and begin its destruction

i listened to an h-t member that said to weld the holes closed
take it from me, don't weld then it will warp your doors before you can blind your eye! it is simply too much heat on such a thin sheet of metal, that was the worst information ever given
that idea

You just don't know how to weld.
Just about every professional body shop welds those holes up.

well if you're using a MIG welder then all you have to do is adjust the voltage and wire speed....Welding them IS the best way. Also i hope you aren't just filling in little dings with body filler. get a flat hammer (they make special ones for body work) and a dolly and pound them out as level as possible. Then body fill it, cheesegrate, sand, guide coat it, sand again, find high/ low spots, start over again. Wetsanding ''bondo'' is a no no like stated above and same with applying it over paint.
