Default Where to wire fuel pump for turbo?

A friend of mine has a 2000 civic si that he is installing a drag 3 turbo kit on. We pretty much have everything done. Our problem is wiring the fuel pump. We already have it installed and we have the ground hooked up, that was easy. But, we cant find the right wire to hook the + side up to. I guess he printed out some directions on how to install the turbo kit from this site, because the directions that came with the kit sucked, and those directions said that fuel pump should shut off after 3 seconds when the key is put in acc mode. Where is the wire we hook the fuel pump up to? his pump turns on, but does not turn off after a few seconds.

Technically, you could leave the pump on all the time just don't leave it in the on possition lol. This isn't an intake pump, is it? Cause if it is it should just be plug and play.
