88' CRX B16 SWAP What else do i need?
Hey,
I have an 88' Honda CRX HF and am swaping it with a B16A SiR1, im getting the complete swap, and i know i need more things for the dual point - multi point changeover, here is everything it comes with:
- Motor
- Cable Tranny (Y1, S1, J1)
- ECU (PR3, PW0)
- Axles with Half Shaft
- Shift Linkage*
- Stock Motor Mounts*
- Alternator
- Starter
- Clutch
- Flywheel
- Intake Manifold
- Exhaust Manifold
- Fuel Rail
- Injectors
- Distributor
- Engine Harness
- Comes With All Sensors Needed
- LSD Tranny
If you guys know what eles i would need that would be AWESOME, thanks
(Also, does anyoone have any links tro a CRX with a B16 conversion, so i can see all of the stats?)

subharness if you are going to convert to obd-1

that list is obviously from hmotors...if hes getting the complete change over steve usually includes the rear bracket, so you shouldnt have to buy that, youll need si/dx hubs like EL Vap said so the axles will fit into the hub...you WONT need a shift linkage because the complete changeover comes with the SiR linkage and that works FINE..please dont waste your money. You'll ofcourse need the motor mounts, the HASport kit from steve is a good deal, and its worth it. If your the "cheap diy" type then you dont need the vtec subharness...but if you want a clean, more plug and play type of swap..then the subharness is well worth it from steve as well.

Also if your car is an HF then you dont need to do a MPFI swap

Also if your car is an HF then you dont need to do a MPFI swap
you'll need to tap the wires so that your harness thinks that it is D or N so the key will start.
Need pedal assy & clutch cable from 5 sp
hubs DX/SI/DAteg
mount kit EF for B series
add wires for PR3/PW0 ecu
90+ LS throttle cable(auto or 5sp)
yeah, that's about it if your getting a complete swap
