Default Brief History of my car - or - Just got her back from the body shop.

this was taken a few days after I installed my springs.

July 19 2003 @ the CEVO / creations BBQ & mini show-off.

The following were taken at the body shop where I had her repaired (sorry, no damage photos)

there was a huge dent in the middle of the door along the top bodyline (just below the window)

monster dings on this fender & along the top of it as well. (the special edition stickers were removed as well. I guess we'll never know what they actually said. oh well, still have the gold plaque on the passenger side of the dash above the glove box.)

drivers side (mouldings & skirts painted body colour = the sex!)

another shot.

for comparisson.

Trunk lid fixed (those of you who saw my car up close before were shown the massive dent where the word CIVIC usually sits. Also Debadged except for the Honda emblem)

no i didn't forget to paint the hood. it's carbon fiber.

yes, clubsi, get over it.

yeah i like my wheels and thanks EGmaniac, I am planning to either get some nice rubber for my 15's (they're some special edition honda whatever the hell name was on the ugly yellow stickers wheels) - you probably wouldn't like the 15's much more than the 17's - most people think they're ugly, i like them though, very uncommon.
i might post up a pic of them if i can find one.

Paint your bonnet and ditch those wheels.

Things to do
* get rid of the wheels
* get a 99-01 front conversion
* take of that club Si decal
* dump it

I'm not fond of the 99-00 front end. (sorry kids, no bandwagon for me)
I like my wheels.

It's about as dumped as it is going to get for a year-round vehicle (yeah, i live in canadia and the snow gets you with a quickness)

Lip kit is a good idea - when I have the money for it, I will definately give her front & rear lip love. There's a guy trying to sell me a 99-00 SiR lip, I'm not sure if i could modify it to fit or not, might give it a shot and see.

heh, it's not a DX, it's a canadian Si. USDM EX.

I'm kind of curious what all these guys who've been running their mouths about my wheels have to say about the stock ones..

What people say on forums have no real bearing on my decisions in life. Unless I ask for them. the only opinion i was searching for in this thread - before the wheel comments - was on how the car looked with the skirts and mouldings painted.

How about you quit being an HT fanboi and go browse the CSi member's profiles and see for yourself (instead of leghumping other people) how many ricer cars get bashed. And, if you find any rice that has been approved more than Honda-Tech, PM me. If you weren't a dumbass, you'd see that the responses were equal.

The funny thing is, a lot of the cars posted in this forum are posted in the Member's Profiles forum on CSi, and, get this, they get nearly identical responses!

I'll be awaiting your PM, fanboi.

And as far as the car that was posted, it looks a lot better with the painted moldings.
