ITR bottom end revlimit

with all valvetrain componants aside does anyone know how high a stock ITR bottom end could rev consistantly?

9500-10k. The weak point being rods and rod bolts. Next being pistons. As far as I know, the actual crank is capable of 10K+.

rod bolts + a mangna flux of the crank and possible re-balance = 10K all day
