94 civic sedan Dx

Hey guys for some reason would installing side markers/ new turn signal lights affect everything in the gauge cluster not working?

Im pretty sure there is still power in it becuz when i start the car the battery light goes on and the SRS light but the instruments like tach and speedo etc do not get a signal. I checked thew connectings in the engine partly but im not sure what it would be, and i tired some of the fuses. Any sugguestions? If it matters for some reason you kno how when u put the key in the ignition and it beeps normally when the doors are open..it usually stops when u put it into the ON position before u start the car but in my case..all of a sudden it continues to beep when the doors are open.
