What are you guys torquing your lug nuts at? What ft/lbs is recommended?

Default What are you guys torquing your lug nuts at? What ft/lbs is recommended?

Just out of curiousity, what's the proper ft/lbs to torque my lug nuts...? Take it ez on me, I just owned a VW.

80-85ft lbs .... I over tightened mine and i needed new rotors and my wheel shook like a crack fein when i hit the brakes

think the manual for S2000's say 79ft/lbs.. I'm going with 82 to be safe. thanks
