A good price for an EK?

I found a '99 DX hatch at a local dealership. 5 speed with 106k miles for $6000. Blue Book says retail is about $6600. Sound like a good deal? Something I should check out?

high price for a car that got over 100k miles in a 5 year life span but it is a 99
