dowl pins on tranny?
ya well i put my tranny on today and forgot to put the dowl pins on. stupid me wasnt even thinking. and of course this was a huge pain in the *** to put on. my question is it really needed to haev the dowl pins on or will i be alright with out them cuz i really dont want to take it all off and put it back together for 2 dowl pins but if they are that important i will
Without them you run a much higher chance of having input shaft bearing wear and/or failure if it is misaligned. Pull the tranny and install the pins. I know it sucks, but if it was my car I would do it.

Me too, especially if it wasn't my car.

They should have them in stock. $1.30 each or something like that.
