Accord wont start - starter clicks
After changing the clutch on my friends 95 accord ex, the car will not start. The starter just clicks. I left but my friend said he hooked up jumper cables to another car and it started smoking? I thought maybe it was the positive jumper cable touching the plastic cover, but I wasn't sure. Anyway the starter just clicks super fast but won't fire up -- what to do? As far as I know everything is hooked up right, with 3 wires total going into the started.
EDIT:He said he got it started now apperently, but it makes a horrible sqeeling sound, even with the clutch pushed in, and is hard to get into gear. What could that be? We couldnt find anywhere for the pilot bearing.. so stupidly proceeded w/o that. Didnt see nay old one though either. What could this be?
