okay here is the deal please help

when ever i turn my car to start it i hear this sound like im over turning it but the motor hasnt even turned over yet also im having a really bad start it takes like 2 seconds of turning it over for it to start like its either bad spark or something it sounds like im out of gas but im clearly not anyone else having this problem motor has about 80,000k on it changed my spark plug wires not the spark plugs yet can anyone help me out on a couple of pointers please thanks!

 

check your starter,battery terminal's, change your spark plugs, and wires, check distributor, and chang oil. you should be good then.
