i have them on mine with the progress coilovers. good setup. your colors make me nauseous though. i have them in dark gray.

i have this piece on my ep3. (sorry, another reason to ***** my car out)



great piece, installs very smoothly. i got mine from robear racing for i think 180 shipped? i know mike m from ipsracing has them too, either way both have similar prices. although i'm glad my **** isn't green and yellow and ... yuuuuuck.. mine is grey/silver/black.

stiffens the rear for better handling. the adapter supports the rear frame.
thats a general explanation. theres more to it than that of course.

i meant it yes. but in a more complex way. like does it release sprung/unspring weigh any faster. with using that piece if obviously must give more rigidity to the rear end, more rigidity is good for ...etc etc forget it

sorry bro i wasn't trying to flame. it stiffens up the rear. if you are looking for something cheaper u could always get the itr rear sway. it's the same diameter but it doesn't come with the tie bar.
