A Teg CAI will fit in a Civic.
Just get a CAI for an EX of similar model year.

Get an Iceman. On two different D16Z6 engines, both engines consistently had better performance with the Iceman than the AEM. All dyno runs were on AEBS' Dynojet.

That is very wrong.
This is a dyno of a generic 3" short ram vs. AEM cold air intake on a D15B. The CAI made a peak increase of 9 horsepower and 8 ft lbs at the wheels, not to mention the big midrange increases.

it's very rare to see a cai gain chart like that though......statistically speaking of course...
back onto topic, if you order the 99-00 civic si cai, you get the intake placed where it is supposed to be, and you do not have to relocate the coolant reservoir unlike the teg intakes

I have had a CAI intake for almost 3 years and NEVER hydrolocked. I live in Tampa FL where it rains all summer too. As long as you don't plan on completely submerging your front bumper in water, you'll be fine.
