But on the K and N. It said that the filter doesn't stop the dust and stuff. The oil on it do. The filter is nothing without the oil.

i have also heard that most of these ebay intakes have jagged piping, as in there are metal shreds inside them redusing flow, itl be worth it if you were to put heat coating inside it, and then a k&n or sum other quality brand of filter

i just picked up one used from a guy on the board here. 55 bucks, pretty banged up, but a k&n recharger system and a few clamps later, its running awesome on my car. only thing im worried about now is hydrolockkkkkkk.

Dude the ebay filters rip apart causing major damage. Durr the oil stops the dust, but would u rather have a filter in your engine or spend 20 bux on a decent filter<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by CereaLand »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">

Agreed. Looks good and proven many times over. Plus, the V2 is huge and takes up a lot of space under the hood.
