Default SPARK PLUG WIREs (RESISTANCE)

I have a spark plug wire resistance when measured at between... 7 - 11K is this normal?

Just curious. Someone told me long as the resistance is less than 20K your fine.

However, that sounds kind of wrong.

THank You.

Used a multi-meter ... connected pos. to one end and neg. to other end using Ohms.
