That is a crashed DC5 converted to RHD. It used to belong to JHP.

no it wasn't a crashed DC5. according to the SCC article (april 2004 issue), Sheng of jhpusa.com got lucky and found an importer that had a DC5-R and they purchased it. but the car was incomplete and had some parts removed and so Sheng basically rebuilt the car. so yeah, it is a legit, RHD DC5-R.

This is very true....I've seen cars that live around bsing about engine internals and ****.... but I've been dealing with JHP for like 2 1/2 years now...they wouldn't waste their time by lying about something like that......

I heard it was a base RSX, and all of the ITR/Mugen parts on it are ebay knock offs.

That car was indeed a crashed salvaged car from japan purchased in Northern California. In fact the car came over here as a whole but later was parted out exept for the shell and motor. Therefore the parts Sheng has installed on the car is indeed aftermarket but all real no ebay **** going on.

Car is a REAL DEAL RHD TYPE R (integra) but it in fact was damaged very bad to the point where I wouldnt have touched it. But Sheng did infact build it back up to its current condition and all I can say is that it is one sweet car now.

Not to be rude, but don't talk about something that you don't know **** about. I've been in the car, I saw it last year, and again this year...I know the current owner. It is indeed a DC5R. You should see the VIN number, as well as the California registration for the car...so unless you can quote the person that did the conversion, as well as who the owner is, STFU.

That's kind of stupid about how to say things isn't it? Not to be rude but STFU. I don't follow that. If you don't want to be rude. It's that simple, Don't. My good friend has seen this car in person. He worked for jdmpro which is in torrance. he is a car guy. so I believe him. so before you say something stupid like. not to be rude. think about what you want to say and then type it. because right now you sound like an idiot.

Ahh...so you haven't really seen the car...you're just saying that a friend saw it, and you're going on their assumed knowledge. I know who imported the car, who bought the car, who fixed the car, I can find out who bought it from the second owner, but I also know who the current owner is.

So...do you have any real knowledge on the subject at hand?
