can you use K&N filter in Comptech Icebox ?

anyone know?

is it just a matter of finding a cone filter that fits on to the intake tube?
and inside the box ?

thanks

Yeah, if you can find the right size, it'll work fine.

Could someone give a bit more information on this please.

I need a new filter for my comptech icebox and I'm using the stock tube (shortram part, IM to icebox tube). If I were to go and buy a KN replacement filter for the stock intakes, would this still be possible to connect to the stock tube?

You just need an adapter to connect the stock tubing to the new K&N filter. A metal pipe that fits inside the filter on one side, and inside the stock arm on the other. You could measure it, and have a muffler shop cut you a piece to make it work.
