what springs can i use, when checking valve to piston clearance?
i have read articles on how engine builders and head porters, use softer than stock springs to check for valve to piston clearance. my question is, what springs can i use that are softer than a b16 to check for valve to piston clearance? TIA

The Home Depot springs are in the spring section. Just some medium duty springs that will fit the inner spring register of the retainer.
