Front Lower Tie Bar install HELP!!!!!!

Front Lower Tie Bar install HELP!!!!!!
OK I did a search and din't find anything for exactly what I'm snagged on here.
I'm trying to install the front lower tie bar for my 97 coupe. I jacked up the car and the two wheels are off the ground, so I went to take the Pivot bolt out the holds the LCA and subframe together, because it's the mount point for the tie bar. Well I tried the passenger side first, and the bolt backs out straight into my Automatic transmission housing. How the hell do i get that bolt out?
