You are going to need a paint cleaner. A clay bar would probably make it worse. Be careful don't use too much pressure.

usually bird stains like that are wetsanded, then polished. use a 1500+ grit sandpaper, alot of water, and very little pressure. then polish it. easy as pie.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=790409 Please dont wetsand it, if you never done it you will f-up your new paint job, instead go to your autostore of choice and buy a bar of claybar kit , basically all you do is wet the area you want to work on, use really soappy water put it on the area and on the clay and rub back and forth with lite pressure ....stop after like 3-4 strokes then put some water and see if you need to rub more clay ,before you rub the stain again kneed the clay fold the clay into it's self and rub again 3-4 stokes, the stain will disappear, if i was you i would let the area dry real good then but some wax on the area and you will be good to go .

P.s if you drop the bar of clay on the ground /and or drop it inside the bucket you use to hold water .the clay will pick up small particles of dirt and you will scratch your paint ... so throw it away dont try to pick all the dirt of the clay because you will not be able to get it all sorry for my bad spelling

I don't think a clay bar will work. They are designed to remove contaminants that sit on top of the surface of the paint. Sounds to me like his problem is that the acids in the bird crap actually etched itself into the paint. That means the outline on his paint is not anything on it, but it's actually an imperfection in the paint itself. Buffing might take care of it, if the etching is only in the clearcoat. If it's down to the actual paint, it will have to be repainted and/or re-cleared.

I was told to use a 50/50 water vinegar solution, just apply it to the affected area with a terry or microfiber towel
