Default Help Plz, I dont have 91 CBR 600 F2 Owners Manual

Hey everyone, I would really appreciate any help you guys can give. I need to get an owner's manual soon, but so many questions have already come up. I just got this bike 2 weeks ago.

Which position does the fuel reserve valve go for reserve? Vertical or Horizontal? I think it is vertical because I just ran out of gas earlier today and it was in a vertical position.

What tire pressure do you guys use? I've heard about 36-38 psi.

Any estimates on gas mileage? So far I have heard that about 130 miles per tank or so.

Thanks so much,
David

Horizontal is OFF. Vertical is either UP for ON, or DOWN for RESERVE. That is what i remeber from my F2.

Gas mileage sounds right.

Tire pressure

Street - 36 front, 38 rear

Track - 30 front, 29 rear (varies depending on temp)

Thanks so much you guys. One more question, how hot does the CBR F2 get? I have nothing to compare to, so riding my bike, I see that it is getting pretty hot. The temperature meter seems to move a lot as I shift gears and go faster or slower. Obviously when I am in higher gear ~3rd or going faster the temperature goes down. I haven't hit the red and stay like an 1/8" away from the red but it is more than 3/4 of temperature range. Help anyone?

Thanks! I'm still learning, but I'm loving it.

Sounds about right. I dont think mine ever hit the red but would be damn near close on hot days. Make sure to check the coolant too.
