Default 02 Housing leaking....blown seals?

I JUST installed my turbo, don't even have a downpipe yet. Started her up for the very first time and oil spitting out the o2 housing(02 housing is attached to turbo, where the downpipe would be) I am just confirming that this is blown seals? Is there anything else I shoud check out? Shaft play is MINIMAL up and down and none in and out.

As SOON as I turned the car on oil started spraying/misting out of the exhaust side of the turbo. No oil out of the compressor side. Haven't checked charge pipes.

Sounds like you have some bad seals on the exhaust side of the compressor.. YOu probalby would have to by the whole rebuild kit for the turbo though. Dont think you can buy only the parts you need.
