Default need help with doors

i have a 95 coupe and am having some troubles with the interior paneling of the doors. THe arm rest feels like a hole like there is the sides but no top. The paneling seems to bend into the whole and i can feel the plastic on the sides. this has happened on both sides and i dont understand why it is like that. how can i fix this? should i take off the panel and put in a new piece or plastic or metal across the armrest and if so how do i take off the paneling? thanks

On my 94 exr coupe, i have the same prob.
I read you have to change the whole panel because its the plastic thing that is broken...
too much weight on it?
Well, for sure ill try to fix it.. With some fiberglass or anything..

Yeah, ive got that problem too, just take off the door panel and see what you can come up with to give that plastic piece extra support and it should feel good as new

almost every accord i seen has that same problem :\ its just the plastic cracked,, you can always repair it with some bondo or fiber glass if you have the time...

btw... the link you're using is for a thumbnail of the pic. try bringing up the pic on your computer, then rick-clicking on it, then properties. you should then see the correct link to copy and paste.
