Default Using the y8 head gasket on a d15b?

Will it bump up the compression? Is it thick or thin? I heard theres this one thing about using 2x y8 head gaskets on the head?

Its the same thickness as the Z6/JDM D15B.

You can take the middle layer out to bump up compression, but i'm not a fan of that.
