they are the sparco ns-II i think

 

they look like sparcos, but i've never seen them in that color

Those are Sparco copies, I had them in 99 on my civic EF

 

those are real deal, cause they use the sparco stepped lugs, and the center cap is authentic.

the fakes used normal lugs and had a different center cap.

OMG YOU HAD REPLICA WHEELS ON YOUR CAR!?

 

those are the fako sparco style rims. 110% sure! the lugs are the same as used on real sparcos, but the sparco lugs were black. you can tell by the face of the rim that those are not real sparcos. plus the caps has an S in the middle and were 4 peices(the cotter pin, the plate, the nut and the black holder.)

and plus the sparco NSII 1 piece never came in 16". The NSII 2 piece were 15"+. The NSII 1 piece were 15" only. so yeah, those fako style rims could be found at discount tire, performance tire, americas tire, tire dudes...etc....
