Default Keep getting CEL code 3 MAP short/bad MAP?!?! WTF?!?!

Well, here is the deal. My car (00 Si) used to be boosted and I decided to sway from the becasue of reliability issues, but that is besides the point. I just got my b16a2 in the car and running, but I keep getting CEL #3. I thought this may be due to a miswired MAP sensor plug (had to remove it and replace it with the AEM pigtail a while back), but after checking it and resoldering it I get no results. Also, there was a wire spliced into the the green/white striped wire going into the ECU harness so I cut that out and taped it. Still the same result. I changed out two MAP sensors and one time it started up and idled at a normal RPM and the rest of the time it is idling at 1200-1400 RPM. There is a slight surge, kind of like a vaccum leak, but I can't find one. The three vaccum ports on the back of my AEBS manifold are taken (block off, brake booster, FPR) and there is nothing else. I also just put this throttle body on the manifold, and luckily I could reuse the TB gasket, but the stud that goes on the top I inserted too far into the AEBS manifold, and the nut doesnt fully thread. Think this could have something to do with it? The thing is, I have CEL 3 and it runs great! I mean it really really pulls, but you get off throttle and it seels to run hella rich. Well, if you need any more description let me know. Any and all help is appreciated!!!
