Easy job to clean EGR ports on 6th gen?
How hard is it to clean the EGR ports on 99 v6? I have to take off the intake manifold, right?
Is there a step by step write up of this anywhere? Is it real tough for a noob like me to do?
Also, should I drill the holes bigger as well, or just clean them?

I have a kit from honda that includes thr longer egr tube and a new egr valve, comes with insructions on how to update the system.it is really easy to do,if interested in the update kit,e-mail me
yeah i would be interested, send me an email pak190@psu.edu
Just clean them. Taking off the IM is really easy. there are like 6 bolts and two nuts on the manifold and then four on the TB you have to take off and then it comes right out. Very simple.
Would I need to clean them if the kit was already installed? The dealer think it might just need a new valve?
Any more details on the procedure would be great, remember, im retarded, i can change brakes, thats about it.
